Martha Baker 

Global Director, Carbon Markets

Martha Baker joined Alltech in May 2023 to lead the Agolin platform and spearhead Alltech’s carbon monetization efforts in North America. She now serves as the global director of carbon markets.

With over two decades of experience in dairy nutrition and consulting, Martha has consistently championed sustainability while helping large dairy operations across the U.S. improve profitability and long-term viability.

Prior to Alltech, she spent 14 years at Land O'Lakes/Purina, where she led dairy commercial sales and strategy. Martha holds a Bachelor of Science from Austin Peay State University, a Master of Science in Dairy Science from the University of Georgia, and an MBA from Strayer University. In her current role, she bridges sales, marketing, and R&D, driving forward innovations that benefit customers and enhance environmental sustainability.
