Alltech Philippines Art Contest 

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE ALLTECH PHILIPPINES ART CONTEST.

BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT.

How To Join:

  • If you are a student aged 5 - 14 years old, you can participate in the 1st Alltech Philippines Art Contest.
  • The theme of the art contest is "Working Together for a Planet of Plenty" 
  • Your artwork should be made on a paper medium - canvas / drawing sheet with A3 size.
    • 297 mm X 420 mm or 11.7 in X 16.5 in 
  • Oil paint, acrylic paint, watercolor, poster paints, color pencils or pastels can be used for your artwork. 
  • The artwork should be accompanied by a two-to-three sentence story explaining the thought process and inspiration behind your work. 

Submission:

  • Your completed artwork needs to be scanned and soft copy should be sent by filling out the Submission Form on the Alltech Philippines Art Contest page. 
  • Do not alter or modify the scanned artwork submitted online. If there is any difference between the submitted scanned artwork and the original, the submission will be rejected. 
  • Do not mount or frame your artwork.
  • No photographs or digital artwork will be accepted. 
  • Do not attach labels, ribbons, etc., to the front of your artwork.
  • The hard copy of the artwork must be sent to the below address by post or courier:
    • 11th Floor Asian Star Building, Asean Drive, Filinvest Alabang, City of Muntinlupa 1780, Philippines
    • Download the Registration Form from the Alltech Philippines Art Contest and include it when you send in your artwork.

Choosing of Winners:

  • All submitted artworks will be collected and judged by Alltech Asia-Pacific management based on the story, inspiration and its relevance to the theme. 
  • From there, the Alltech Asia-Pacific management will select 24 artworks that will be posted on the Alltech AP Facebook page. 
  • The results of the contest will be announced on our Alltech AP Facebook page. We will also notify the 12 winners via the email they used to send in their artwork. 

Important Dates:

  • The 2nd Alltech Philippines Art Contest is open from Aug 15 until Sept 14, 2019. The last day of submitting  your artwork is on Sept 14, 2019.
  • All qualified artworks submitted will be posted on our Alltech AP Facebook page. 
  • The voting period will be from Sept 15 until Sept 30, 2019.

Prize:

  • The top 12 winners will be awarded with a cash prize of Php. 3,000, a certificate of recognition and Alltech goodies. 
  • The top 12 artworks will be published in the Alltech Philippines calendar for 2020 and will be distributed to customers, clients, staff and friends of Alltech. 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Each participant shall only submit one piece of artwork.
  • No artwork will be accepted that has been copied from any published source or any other artist's creative work. Each entry must be original in concept, design and execution. 
  • All artwork should be the participant's own work, though teachers and parents are encouraged to direct and inspire the students. 
  • Alltech Philippines is not responsible for the loss or damage of the artwork sent by post/courier. 
  • By entering this contest, you are granting Alltech Philippines a non-exclusive perpetual license to reproduce images of your artwork. The painting(s) will not be returned to the participants.
